Time2Plant Influencer Marketing Program
- Participation in the Time2Plant Influencer Marketing Program is subject to approval by Time2Plant.
- Time2Plant reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any participant’s membership in the program at its sole discretion.
- Referral incentives, commissions, rewards, and benefits will be governed by the program rules communicated by Time2Plant from time to time.
- Incentives will be applicable only for eligible purchases that are successfully completed and verified by Time2Plant.
- Any attempt to manipulate referrals, create fake orders, provide misleading information, or engage in unethical practices may result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
- Participants shall not make false claims, misleading statements, or unauthorized commitments on behalf of Time2Plant.
- By registering, participants consent to receive program-related communications, updates, promotional materials, and announcements via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone calls.
- Personal information collected through this registration form will be used solely for program administration, communication, and business purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
- Time2Plant reserves the right to modify the program structure, incentive plans, eligibility criteria, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship with Time2Plant.
- The decision of Time2Plant regarding eligibility, incentives, rewards, commissions, and program administration shall be final and binding.
- By registering for the program, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
- Time2Plant reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any incentive, commission, reward, or benefit if it is determined that the participant has violated the program rules or engaged in activities detrimental to the interests, reputation, or goodwill of Time2Plant.
